Billing
IntraGigapop,
Pacific Wave, and DS-1 Commodity Internet Connection services are
all flat-fee services.
For all other services, a flat monthly port fee plus a use fee
will be billed. The use fee is the product of the 95th percentile
bandwidth utilization for the month times the per Megabit use fee
appropriate to the service. We'll measure inbound and outbound
IP traffic on the connection every five minutes. The 95th percentile
number for billing is taken on the higher of the inbound and outbound
measurements for each month.
